Strength is the anchor of our entire studio. We keep classes intentionally small, capped at 12, so every member gets the coaching attention, technical correction, and confidence they need. With a 1:6 coaching ratio, every session is led with precision and purpose. This is strength training built for real people: supportive, structured, and focused on longโ€‘term progress. No egos. No overcrowding. Just strength done properly

Our programming is centred around Squat, Deadlift, Pull Ups and Bench Press. Focusing on technique to better improve your strength.

These programs cycle on 13 week blocks. The method we use is progressive overload to optimise results. Think lower rep, higher weight.

  4. Accept the Waiver
    Review and tick the waiver to proceed.

  5. Activate Your Trial
    Select โ€œStrength โ€“ 1 Week Trialโ€ from the available options.

  6. Book Your Classes
    Browse the schedule and reserve your spot in any available Strength Class.
