Strength is the anchor of our entire studio. We keep classes intentionally small, capped at 12, so every member gets the coaching attention, technical correction, and confidence they need. With a 1:6 coaching ratio, every session is led with precision and purpose. This is strength training built for real people: supportive, structured, and focused on longโterm progress. No egos. No overcrowding. Just strength done properly

Our programming is centred around Squat, Deadlift, Pull Ups and Bench Press. Focusing on technique to better improve your strength.
These programs cycle on 13 week blocks. The method we use is progressive overload to optimise results. Think lower rep, higher weight.
