Building Strength.
Restoring the body.
Creating Community that keeps you moving.
EC Fitness began in a shed in our backyard in the middle of a pandemic, a time when connection, movement, and health mattered more than ever. With restrictions limiting us to 1:1 sessions, we quickly realised our clients needed more than two or three sessions a week to stay consistent, supported, and progressing. That challenge became the catalyst for EC Fitness 2.0, a model built on small‑group coaching, structure, and community.
With the support of our incredible members, we transformed from a backyard setup into a premium coaching space offering semi‑private class capped at 8–10 people with two coaches in every session. This allowed us to keep technique, safety, and progression at the highest standard while building a community of real people who show up for themselves and each other.
Today, that evolution continues as EC becomes a full Movement Studio, integrating Strength, Movement, and Recovery under one roof. What started as a shed has grown into a holistic, long‑term health ecosystem built on coaching, connection, and the belief that everyone deserves to move better, feel better, and live better.
OUR VALUES
At EC Movement Studio, we put real people first. Everything we do is designed to feel warm, human, and supportive — from the way we coach to the way we welcome people into the studio. We create an environment where anyone can feel comfortable starting, progressing, and belonging.
We believe in coaching‑led, holistic movement. Strength, Movement, and Recovery work together as a complete system, supported by clear guidance, simple pathways, and a focus on long‑term confidence and capability. Our approach is premium but never pretentious — grounded in clarity, care, and real progress you can feel.
And above all, we believe community creates belonging. Our Movement Clubs, events, and member stories reflect who we are: a studio built on connection, encouragement, and shared movement. This is the EC way — real people, real coaching, real progress.
OUR Philosophy
We are a Movement Studio built on strength, expanded through movement, and sustained through recovery, all delivered in small classes with real coaching attention. We train real people, not crowds. We prioritise technique, not trends. Our mission is simple: build stronger bodies, better movement, and healthier lives that last.
OUR TRAINERS
Cass UILI
I have been in the fitness industry for over 11 years now, mainly as a Group Coach as well as 1 on 1 PT. My knowledge of training stems from the amazing coaches and physio’s I have surrounded myself with along the way. Strength and Conditioning highlights both my strengths and weaknesses and there is always something you can learn and be better at. That’s why I love it. I believe you should always enjoy your sessions but they should always challenge you. Results come from being challenged, so you have to put in the work.

ETHAN UILI
I have been in the fitness industry now for 11 years and have worked alongside some amazing strength and conditioning coaches as well as physio’s which has helped me shape my methods of training. Fitness is something I am extremely passionate about which stemmed from over a decade of playing representative Rugby. Through that I was able to turn my passion for fitness into a profession. I have trialled these methods on all of my clients who have all achieved amazing results and would love the opportunity to share this with you.
