For members who want deeper guidance, faster progress, or specialised support, our coaches deliver tailored programming, technique refinement, and accountability at the highest standard. This is premium coaching, precise, structured, and built around your goals.

 

WHAT to Expect

PT 1‑1 begins with a detailed assessment to understand your movement, goals, and training history, followed by a personalised plan built by our most experienced coaches. Every session is technique‑led and tailored to your needs, with ongoing reviews to track progress, refine your program, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence. This is premium coaching — precise, structured, and designed for real people who want deeper guidance and long‑term results.

PACKAGES

Flexible — $125 per session
Perfect for members who want occasional personalised coaching to refine technique, build confidence, or get targeted support alongside their Strength, Movement, or Recovery memberships.

Regular — $105 per week
Ideal for members who want consistent, structured progression with 1-3 personalised sessions each week. This option integrates seamlessly with your Movement & Recovery training, ensuring your program supports mobility, strength, and recovery in one unified plan.

ETHAN UILI

I have been in the fitness industry now for 8 years and have worked alongside some amazing strength and conditioning coaches as well as physio’s which has helped me shape my methods of training. Fitness is something I am extremely passionate about which stemmed from over a decade of playing representative Rugby. Through that I was able to turn my passion for fitness into a profession. I have trialled these methods on all of my clients who have all achieved amazing results and would love the opportunity to share this with you.

Rhys Harper

Rhys brings 13 years of coaching experience to the EC Movement Studio, holding a Certificate IV in Fitness and currently completing his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science. He is passionate about strength training and building strong, functional bodies through technique‑led coaching and structured progression.

Rhys delivers 1:1 Personal Training and Online Programming & Support, specialising in Athletic Development, Strength & Power training, Endurance Running preparation, and nutritional guidance for sport performance. His approach blends science, coaching experience, and real‑world application — helping members move better, perform better, and build long‑term strength across our Strength, Movement, and Recovery pillars.

CHENOA ENNISS

Chenoa is an Exercise Scientist with a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise (majoring in Exercise Physiology) and is currently completing her Master of Physiotherapy. She brings a strong foundation in movement assessment, exercise programming, and performance analysis, developed through internships across both athletic and clinical environments.

Chenoa specialises in Athlete Development and Return‑to‑Sport programming, Exercise for long‑term health and injury prevention, and Nutrition guidance for sport performance.

Through 1:1 coaching and tailored programming, she helps members move better, rebuild confidence, and progress safely across our Strength, Movement, and Recovery pillars — blending science‑based practice with real‑world coaching to support long‑term performance and wellbeing.
