Located in Brighton, South Australia, EC Fitness Training is a boutique Strength and Conditioning Studio that caters for those wanting to improve their overall strength and wellbeing.

EC Fitness Training was started in a shed in our backyard in the middle of a pandemic (Yikes). As our main model catered for individual PT sessions due to the Covid restrictions, we needed to come up with a model that allowed our clients to train more than 2-3 times per week. From here EC Fitness Training 2.0 was born. With the support of our beautiful clients over the last year, we were able to transform it into what it is today.

We now run semi-private classes with a max of 8-10 people to 2 trainers in each session. This allows us the chance to keep technique and positioning at a high standard for our clients to see progression and results, and lucky for us, we have been blessed with the most amazing community of like minded people that support each other in every single session.

Cass UILI

I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years now, mainly as a coach at F45 as well as 1 on 1 PT. My knowledge of training stems from the amazing coaches and physio’s I have surrounded myself with along the way. Strength and Conditioning highlights both my strengths and weaknesses and there is always something you can learn and be better at. That’s why I love it. I believe you should always enjoy your sessions but they should always challenge you.  Results come from being challenged, so you have to put in the work.

ETHAN UILI

I have been in the fitness industry now for 8 years and have worked alongside some amazing strength and conditioning coaches as well as physio’s which has helped me shape my methods of training. Fitness is something I am extremely passionate about which stemmed from over a decade of playing representative Rugby. Through that I was able to turn my passion for fitness into a profession. I have trialled these methods on all of my clients who have all achieved amazing results and would love the opportunity to share this with you.

Rhys Harper

I have 13 years’ experience training in different gym spaces with varied training principles. I am passionate about strength training and dedicated to helping customers build a strong and functional body that will support them throughout their daily life. I am currently completing an Exercise and Sports Science degree to ensure I can provide clients with evidence-based guidance and the latest in fitness science. It’s great to be part of the EC Fitness Training team and looking forward to assisting all our incredible members. Whether you are just starting or are a seasoned athlete, we can help you achieve your goals.

MACHELLE DUNSTONE

Natural health has always been a big passion for me. In 2012 I qualified as a Naturopath and last year completed a degree in Clinical Nutrition. My goal when working with clients is to collaborate and support them in reaching their personal health goals, whether there is a specific health issue of concern that needs addressing or a diet 'tune up' for optimal performance when exercising. If you feel it's time to make a positive change and improve your health, I'd be honored to support and guide you on your wellness journey.

CHENOA ENNISS

Chenoa is currently completing her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, majoring in Exercise Physiology, and brings hands-on experience from high-performance, rehabilitation, and group fitness environments.

She has a strong foundation in movement assessment, exercise programming, and performance analysis, gained through internships in both athletic and clinical settings. Chenoa is passionate about creating safe, evidence-based, and goal-focused training experiences for clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Her calm, organised, and client-centred approach will make her a fantastic asset to our team and your training journey.

TILLYMAE TAYLOR

Tillymae joins us from South Australia with a deep passion for health, fitness, and holistic wellbeing. She has hands-on experience coaching group fitness, personal training, and supporting members in a busy gym environment.

Alongside her fitness qualifications, she has also studied herbal medicine and Reiki, giving her a unique, holistic lens on health.

Tillymae is known for her warm, bubbly personality and the strong relationships she builds with clients. She is dedicated to helping clients feel confident, capable, and supported.
